On the ring canal
Zwaanshoek lies on the ring canal, on the edge of the Bollenstreek, and is part of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer. There is no station in the village.

You live close to the airport, but the roads around it can become congested at any time of day. That is why we would rather leave a quarter of an hour too early than a minute too late.
Just as long as from Haarlem
The ride is seventeen kilometres and takes twenty-two minutes without delays: just as long as from Haarlem, although the distance is shorter. Here the road runs along the ring canal.
No station in the village
With no station in the village, every train journey starts with a drive to Hoofddorp or Haarlem. With suitcases and an early flight, that is the detour this ride saves you.

For eight passengers, or there and back
The fixed price applies to a taxi for up to four passengers; with a minibus for up to eight it is €75. A return trip is two rides, so €110 there and back by taxi and €150 by minibus.

The same fare applies from Cruquius, Haarlem, Halfweg, Heemstede and Zwanenburg. One step down our price list is Vijfhuizen at €52.50, one step up is Hillegom at €60. The whole list runs from €52.50 for Hoofddorp and Vijfhuizen to €80 for Heemskerk and Wijk aan Zee; from Haarlem, where we are based, it is €55.
From Zwaanshoek to Rotterdam and Eindhoven
Rotterdam The Hague Airport costs €180 from Zwaanshoek by taxi and €245 by minibus, Eindhoven Airport €325 and €420. To Düsseldorf and Weeze the fare is the same across our whole area: €515 and €395 by taxi.
