How it works
From booking to pick-up
You fill in the form above and receive a confirmation by email. Here is what happens in between.
- 1Book in good timeBook at least 24 hours in advance and your fare to the airport is fixed. Booking at shorter notice is possible too — allow at least four hours for planning — but then the metered fare applies.
- 2Choose your vehicleUp to four passengers travel in a taxi; five or more travel in a minibus. Tell us how many suitcases you have and we will have a vehicle ready with room for them.
- 3You receive a confirmationAs soon as you have booked, we email you the details of your ride: pick-up address, destination, time and fare. If anything is not right, we will let you know before the day of your ride.
- 4In a hurry? Give us a callIf you need to leave within a few hours, call 023 - 4444 023. We are available day and night and will check straight away which vehicle is available — that is quicker than filling in a form.

Travelling with more than eight people? Call 023 - 4444 023 and we will see what we can do. A folded wheelchair can simply go in the boot.
Want to know the fare first?
For rides to Schiphol, Rotterdam and Eindhoven we charge a fixed fare per town. It is set in advance and will not change, not even in heavy traffic or if your flight is delayed. A ride without a fixed fare is charged on the meter; you will find the maximum rates on the fares page.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance do I need to book?
For a fixed fare to the airport, at least 24 hours. Booking at shorter notice is possible too — allow at least four hours for planning — but then the metered fare applies. If you need to leave within a few hours, call 023 - 4444 023.
Which vehicle is right for my luggage?
The Mercedes E-Class takes 4 passengers and 2 suitcases; the Mercedes E-Class Estate takes 4 passengers and 4 suitcases. The minibus takes 8 passengers and 5 suitcases; tell us how many suitcases you have when you book.
What is in the confirmation email?
The pick-up address, the destination, the time and the fare. If anything is not right, we will let you know before the day of your ride.
Can I still change or cancel my booking?
You can change the date or time free of charge up to 12 hours before the ride, as long as a vehicle is available; cancelling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. If you cancel between 2 and 24 hours beforehand, we charge half the fare; any later, the full fare. Call 023 - 4444 023 or email info@htc-taxi.nl.
Can I order a child seat when I book?
Yes, for children aged 0 to 12, at €12.50 per seat, per ride. Tell us the number of children and their ages, and we will have the right seats ready; bringing your own seat costs nothing extra.
