We wait if your appointment runs over
Our drivers are on these roads every day and take you wherever you need to be quickly, safely and comfortably — within Haarlem or to the other end of the country. If your appointment runs over, we will wait patiently for you.

On a long ride
If the ride is longer than 30 kilometres, we take 15% off the metered fare. Book in advance and you will know the amount before you get in, and nothing is added when you pay.
Going to the airport? The price is fixed in advance
For Schiphol, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Brussels, Weeze and Düsseldorf we charge a fixed fare from each town. For all other rides, the meter runs, at the maximum rates set by the government.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also drive to the other side of the country?
Yes, we go anywhere in the Netherlands, provided you book in advance. If the ride is longer than 30 kilometres, we take 15% off the metered fare.
Will the driver wait if my appointment runs over?
Yes, if your appointment runs over, we will wait for you. The waiting rate of €59.41 per hour only applies if you arrange the waiting time with us in advance.
Can you take me to hospital?
Yes, to any hospital in the Netherlands, not just those in the region. We will wait if that has been arranged and then take you back home.
Can I bring a wheelchair?
A folded wheelchair can go in the boot; just let us know when you book. We do not provide wheelchair transport: we carry passengers who can stay seated during the ride.
Can I bring my dog in the taxi?
No, we do not carry pets.
