The fixed price applies to a taxi for up to four passengers; with a minibus for up to eight it is €100. A return trip is two rides, so €160 there and back by taxi and €200 by minibus.
Why Wijk aan Zee is €80 and Velsen-Noord €72.50
€80 is the highest fare we charge to Schiphol. The same fare applies from Heemskerk. Wijk aan Zee is on the outer edge of our area, and that is what makes the difference — not a surcharge.
The next town down is Velsen-Noord at €72.50. From Haarlem, where we are based, it is €55, and the lowest fare on the list is €52.50 from Hoofddorp and Vijfhuizen.
