Why Heemskerk is €80 and Velsen-Noord €72.50
€80 is the highest fare we charge to Schiphol. The same fare applies from Wijk aan Zee. Heemskerk is on the outer edge of our area, and that is what makes the difference — not a surcharge.
The next town down is Velsen-Noord at €72.50. From Haarlem, where we are based, it is €55, and the lowest fare on the list is €52.50 from Hoofddorp and Vijfhuizen.
